As a 3 year child growing up in a small town in rural West Virginia, some of my earliest and fondest memories are listening to Dr. Ray H. Hughes, Sr. on cassette with my father. Anointed sermons like: "The Anointing Makes the Difference, Hallelujah Anyhow!, and Jesus Could Come...Tonight. The reciting of these power-packed messages were, in fact, some of my first complete sentences-right down to the voice inflection of Dr. Hughes. Although Dr. Hughes has been often imitated by other ministers-his Godly anointing, evangelistic calling and passion for The Word will never be duplicated. Through the co-efforts of Christ centered parents and the teachings of Mr. Pentecost himself, I can say that I have a rich Pentecostal heritage that I am proud to share and reflect in my ministry today. Thank you & God bless you to Dr. Ray H. Hughes, Sr. for your influence & to "Doc" for this website. From SC to WV, our prayers are with you as we joyfully honor your past legacy & celebrate the future of your continuing ministry
